The affluent suburb of Bearsden is situated 6 miles north-west of the city centre and just 17 minutes by train to Glasgow Central. Known for its rich history, Bearsden boasts the remains of the Antonine Wall, which was built by the Romans to mark the most northernmost extent of their Empire.
