7. We promise to work hard for you, and achieve the highest sale figure for you that we can.

LETTINGS

1. We promise to look after your rental property; we do this by having a good relationship firstly with you, secondly the tenant and thirdly by inspecting your property on a regular basis.

2. We will always PAY YOU ON TIME, thus ensuring that your costs are covered, and importantly this avoids any anxiety.

3. We will report any problems directly to you, that way you can monitor our performance and your tenant’s actions.

4. If you require any repairs we will always approach you 1st, either to agree the repair or to allow you to engage your own trade’s person.

5. We will vet any tenants thoroughly and always try to obtain the best possible rent for you.

6. We are looking to forge long term relationships with our landlords and Tenants.

1. We are affiliated to Strathleven Financial Management who are based in Alexandria.

2. This is a small business of three Independent Mortgage Advisors each with 20 years plus experience in our industry.

3. Our duty of care to our clients is always to ensure that they receive fair treatment at all times whilst dealing with us or any business associated with us.

4. We promise to put you swiftly into the position where you will know if you have the sufficient funds available via an appropriate lender.

5. We can appoint an approved solicitor for you if would like to make an offer on one of our or any other agents property.

6. The solicitor will have agreed with us a reduced fees package for you.

7. At all times we will be transparent in our dealings with you.
