GDPS were first established in Rushden in 1989, moving to our present offices on Market Square, Higham Ferrers, Northants, in July 2010. Residential letting and Property Management are what we do 100 % of the time, we concentrate on the business we know best, in the area we know best, east Northamptonshire.

We were founded on a deep-rooted, two decade-long knowledge of Northamptonshire & Leicestershire, by a team of savvy individuals who love the area and love helping people invest, move and live in it.

We're a team of quick thinkers and good listeners who do that rare thing: treat customers like people instead of transactions. Because we know great service isn't just about experience and expertise, it's also about keeping the promises we make.

Oscar James opened our first office in the heart of Northampton, on the Market Square in June 2016. In March 2017 we opened offices in Kettering and Burton Latimer and we continued to grow into 2019 with more offices opening in Corby, Rushden and on the Wellingborough Road in Northampton. In 2021 we opened our head office in Market Harborough boasting not only the very best team of estate agents but also in-house conveyancers, mortgage brokers, sales progressors, new business department and an admin centre. Our latest office in Wellingborough opened in spring 2021 and already dominates it's local market place, an absolute must visit if you're considering moving in the area! We won't stop here either, we still have a strong desire to continue to grow.
