We are a specialist student letting agency. We have the largest student portfolio in Bath and have been trading in Bath for nearly thirty years. During this time we have built up a good relationship with both the University of Bath and Bath Spa University accommodation offices and B & NES Council.

The properties we manage are fully Accredited which means they have been inspected and certified with regard to gas, electric, fire and security under current council guidelines.

Our business is structured around the academic year and as such we have a large selection of properties ready to let from as early as November in preparation for the next academic year.
