Our ethos is to be professional and caring throughout your stay with us as we understand not only how stressful it can be but also how exciting it can be to rent your first property after leaving student halls.

Our properties are owned exclusively by us, the advantage to you is that we make sure they are kept to a high standard and that repairs are dealt with as promptly as possible. Helping us with this is JMC Maintenance, a highly skilled family run maintenance company who work on our behalf and are available for repairs and emergencies whenever you need them. Most of our properties are fully inclusive of all utilities and broadband, again, taking the stress away from you so that you have more time to study and enjoy our fabulous city.

We pride ourselves in providing a friendly local service that means tenants often stay on with us throughout their time at university or college here in Manchester. We have an added advantage of having a local office in the heart of Victoria Park!
