Greg quickly realised that a better residential and commercial sales service was needed for both sellers and buyers in Exmoor National Park. In 2025 Exmoor Property was sold to Michael Adey Property, another independent award winning Estate Agency based in South Molton. With a likeminded approach, Michael saw the opportunity to expand the business providing greater exposure to all clients. During this transition, Lee Trevellick joined the firm, managing the Lynton office. Lee is a local North Devon family man, with over 20 years’ estate agency experience.
