We look to integrate ourselves in our local communities, partnering with local charities and causes whenever we are able to. One such initiative is that we make a £5 donation to a local foodbank for each new customer that moves in. We have done this across all of our sites since 2021.

* Have an adverse rental history, for example, rent arrears or damage to a property
* Have a history of bankruptcy, defaults which include late payments, county court judgments (CCJs) or Individual Voluntary Agreements (IVAs).
*Be claiming housing benefit.
Please note from Monday 20th April 2026 new rents will be applicable. The minimum income required for a one bedroom home will be £36,149 for joint applicants and £41,038 for single applicants.
