Ascend was founded on the belief that estate agents could do a lot better.

We'd been working in the industry for a long time and were frustrated that most agencies were just so ordinary. Like their houses, these places were in need of a new lick of paint. Bit of rising damp in the basement too.

So we decided to build our own home.

This new home wasn't made of sticks or straw. It was founded on a deep-rooted, decade-long knowledge of Liverpool, from the very bricks and mortar of the city centre to its outer reaches. By a team of savvy individuals who loved the city and loved helping people invest, move and live in it. A team of quick thinkers and good listeners who did that rare thing: treat customers like people instead of transactions. Because they knew great service wasn't just about experience and expertise.

We had one philosophy: to keep the promises we made.

At the end of the day, while we manage property and undertake transactions for clients, our business is fundamentally about dealing with "people". At Aspire, the most important metric that we use to manage our team is what our clients say about us - our client feedback score. While you can teach someone to make a cold call or conduct a viewing, it's hard to teach someone to actually "care" about what they do. At Aspire, being a small and independently owned business, we handpick our team of people that have customer service and client care as part of their DNA.

We are a small team, with a lot of experience. In fact, our team has an average of over 10 years industry experience per person, so you can be confident you will receive quality advice. We are a "fact based" Company and all advice we give is based on years of industry knowledge and a robust analysis of current market conditions. One of our senior team members will always personally conduct viewings and you won't be dealing with trainees or inexperienced staff.

When it comes to lettings, it's a common misconception that letting a property is very straightforward; indeed, many agencies will simply tell you not to worry as they have "got it covered".
