Simon began work in Southport back in 1989 and worked in commercial agency before moving to Liverpool to head up the property management team at one of the regions largest firms of estate agents and chartered surveyors.
Simon became a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2000, at the same time as becoming the managing partner at his firm.
The creation of Stephanie Macnab Estate Agents, part of Wall & Macnab Ltd, is a collaboration between husband and wife team Stephanie and Simon, driven by their desire to create something new within the local estate agency market.
