Founded in 1989 by the original partners, Richard Tuffin & David Wren, the company has grown considerably since, moving to larger corner premises at the junction of Greenford Avenue & Cuckoo Lane in Hanwell and the prominent corner premises at the junction of Northfield & Altenburg Avenues in Ealing.

Founded in 1989 by the original partners, Richard Tuffin and David Wren (who are retained as Consultants), the company and premises at Greenford Avenue were subsequently purchased by Anthony Bean and Paul Burley in the summer of 1998. This was swiftly followed by the acquisition of Church's estate agents in January 1999 and with it their prominent corner premises on Northfield Avenue.

Under the new partners the company has experienced phenomenal growth in both market share and fee income, currently running in excess of 200% year on year. This kind of growth few, if any, can boast.
