Our properties are owned exclusively by us, the advantage to you is that we make sure they are kept to a high standard and that repairs are dealt with as promptly as possible. Helping us with this is JMC Maintenance, a highly skilled family run maintenance company who work on our behalf and are available for repairs and emergencies whenever you need them. Most of our properties are fully inclusive of all utilities and broadband, again, taking the stress away from you so that you have more time to study and enjoy our fabulous city.
We pride ourselves in providing a friendly local service that means tenants often stay on with us throughout their time at university or college here in Manchester. We have an added advantage of having a local office in the heart of Victoria Park!
We also cater for post graduates and graduates who decide to remain in Manchester to start work when they have finished their course.
Members of the Residential Landlords Association, we are nationally recognised for improving standards and practices within the lettings industry. All of our larger properties are licensed with Manchester City Council as required by law. All gas appliances are serviced and certified every year and we have monthly electrical and fire alarm checks on all our licensed properties too.
