Onward is one of the largest registered providers of social housing based solely in the North West of England, with 35,000 homes across Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside and Lancashire. We are a not-for-profit organisation regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing.

We offer a range of homes, from bungalows and houses to apartments. There are a few ways to find one of our homes available to rent – through Choice Based Letting schemes, our website, Rightmove, or a mutual exchange.

If you find a home you’re interested in on Rightmove, you’ll need to complete our application form. If you are successful, a member of our Allocations and Lettings Team will be in touch with you to confirm the next steps.
