Shared ownership

We offer a variety of new-build apartments and family homes to enable you to get on the property ladder at a price you can afford.

Shared ownership allows you to buy a share in a property - usually between 25% and 75%, at an affordable price, with shares typically purchased using a mortgage. Rent is then paid on the outstanding share as well as any service charges or ground rents.

Homes for private rent

We offer a variety of modern, quality apartments and houses for rent across the North West.

Our properties are advertised through Rightmove and are available to everyone, subject to a credit check and references.
