Addison Townsend Southgate branch was opened in 2007, on the back of the success of the Winchmore Hill branch. With the ongoing success of both the Southgate and Winchmore Hill branches Addison Townsend acquired Prime Locations estate agents in East Finchley in 2022, which had been in operation for over 20 years, and rebranded to coordinate with the two existing branches. In 2023 Addison Townsend further expanded the brand with the acquisition of Peter Graff Estate Agents in Winchmore Hill, this acquisition incorporated their 30 year old business under the Winchmore Hill branches banner. The south gate of Enfield was originally royal hunting grounds, so you'll find a number of streets with 'chase' in their name, and the area has kept many of its green spaces in the form of Oakwood Park and Grovelands Park.
