Many large organisations holding large portfolios of property also form part of our Client bank, and corporate discounts can be considered. Once again our services offered are flexible and structured to suit the individual Client's requirements.

Advice is provided, covering all regulations applying to Letting property, with specialist Insurances being provided and an 'in house' property maintenance division, guaranteeing controls on maintenance costs and level of service provided.

All rental properties are advertised FREE of charge and close associations are maintained with many local businesses, hospitals and colleges.

We do not charge an initial setting up fee. Please enquire for charging scales.
