Sales

Croft is an independent homes and land agency founded by Patrick Slattery and Scott Rae.Every instruction is handled personally by an experienced area partner. The person who values your home is the person who conducts the viewings, negotiates the offer, and sees the sale through to completion. No handoffs, no progression team, no call centre. You have a direct line to the person selling your home, and they have the freedom to act in your interests without waiting for sign-off.Our area partners live and work in the communities they serve. They know the buyers, they know the market, and they know what a property needs to stand out.Croft is not a franchise, a corporate group, or a technology platform with an estate agency attached. We are estate agents, and we answer only to our clients. We are not trying to be the biggest agency in the area. We are trying to be the one people remember for doing it properly.
