Estate agents in TD9 8AQ

Jim Hay Estate Agents are the only independent estate agents in the Hawick &TD9 area of the Scottish Borders, we are a fresh vibrant company with a modern approach to selling property. Our client-comes-first ethos has generated significant word-of-mouth business, as well as the recommendations of builders, brokers and mortgage lenders. We are not solicitors, we think the selling process and the legal process should be a separate entity, like it is in the rest of the UK. We do however work with excellent solicitor's, who will carry out the legal conveyancing at a very competitive price.
