We have thousands of customers across the UK and listened to their needs. We provide a 0% sales commission service and the option of advertising on Rightmove and the Martin & Co website for a monthly subscription fee. We also provide all the services of a traditional Estate Agency but have made them optional, so you only pay for the services you need. Sellers can conduct viewings, negotiate the price, progress the sale to completion or they can instruct Martin & Co to do these jobs for them, in return for a good value fixed fee.
