Our large double fronted office occupies a prominent position in the old market town of Redruth. The rugged north Cornish coastline with sandy beaches and wonderful surf is some 4 miles away at Portreath. The University and safe sailing waters of the south Cornish coastline are some 10 miles away at Falmouth. The county city of Truro with Cathedral, Royal Cornwall Hospital and Truro College are also some 10 miles distant.

OUR PATCH

To maximise our efficiency, we concentrate our knowledge and expertise in this central part of Cornwall, limiting our professional activity in the Residential Letting's market to an area that is within roughly a thirty minute drive of Redruth - the towns of Perranporth, Truro, Falmouth, Helston and Hayle form the approximate perimeter of our 'patch'.

Ian Datson MNAEA. MARLA. Ian, the Managing Director, is one of the founding partners with 35 years experience in the property industry and an intimate knowledge of all things computerised.

Larry Datson, an original founding partner, now retired from the daily business but still a silent partner and shareholder.

Debbie Datson, Office Manager, dealing with all aspects of administration, accounts, applications, referencing, contracts, maintenance, repairs, compliance checks, enquiries, Tenants and Landlords.

Additional invaluable part-time assistance is provided by part time staff, bookkeepers and maintenance personnel. We also have access to an extensive range of tradesmen including plumbers, electricians, decorators,
