I’m Paul, and I’m the proud owner of Leslie & Co, an independent, family-run estate agency based in Ealing.

Between us, the team brings over 25 years of estate agency experience, much of it spent working within large corporate firms. That background matters, because it showed us both what works and what too often does not.

In June 2020, during lockdown, I had what I often describe as my “Jerry Maguire moment”. A clear realisation that there was a better, more human way to help people move home.

At a time when the world felt uncertain, Leslie & Co was born with a simple aim. To put people first, not profit. To offer honest advice, even when it is not the easiest thing to hear, but is genuinely in a client’s best interests. And to deliver a level of personal service that reflects family values, courtesy, and a strong work ethic.

We are not focused on being the biggest or the loudest agency. Instead, we have carefully built a model that combines experience, transparency, and genuine care, giving our clients the best possible chance of achieving their property goals.
