A one week Holding Deposit is required to reserve a property and will be payable upon an offer being accepted. If a Tenant wishes to terminate their contract early they would remain liable to pay all rent due until the start date of a replacement tenancy. The Tenant may also be liable to pay the Landlord's costs of re-letting the property.
