We opened Regan & Hallworth Estate Agents on Library Street in Wigan in 1996 and very quickly established ourselves as market leaders in our respective areas.

In 2017 we decided to expand our letting services and were delighted to welcome Lee Gallagher to our team to manage our new in-house services. Having previously run his own letting business and clocked up 14 years experience working for some of the largest corporate companies Lee has excellent knowledge of the Chorley, Wigan and Parbold areas and has worked in both the front end sales side of the business and property management.
