Where do the properties come from?

All the properties advertised come from Developers, House Builders, Private Vendors and Corporate Instructions. i.e. House Builders Part Exchanges - buyers using incentives such as Part-Exchange and Assisted Move use their home as part payment to buy their new build house, leaving the developer with the buyers old property.

Attention Investors & First-Time Buyers - All properties are realistically priced, often 10-20% below market value. All properties are chain free and some properties come with additional incentives such as Stamp Duty Paid and Discounted Legal Fee's.
