I started working for AC Frost in Gerrards Cross, Beaconsfield, The Chalfonts and the surrounding areas in 1986. In 1994 I left to co-found Bramptons Estate Agents which we sold to a much larger company in 2015. Following the sale i started Nicholas Moss Estate Agents

with a strong emphasis on quality of presentation and providing the very best customer experience.

Estate Agency is an industry that I feel passionate about and I enjoy helping people buy and sell property. It is always my firm aim to make the process transparent and as stress free as possible for everyone involved. My deep rooted knowledge of the buying and selling process enables me to assist clients from the initial appraisal to the final handover of keys.

I provide a very personal service in the vein of a private client set up without the added costs that are usually incurred with such a service. Being personally involved with every sale I also ensure that I am easily contactable and for the convenience of my clients I do not restrict myself to traditional office hours.

In 2008, amidst the global financial crisis, Josh Godfrey saw a gap in the market for a fresh and innovative estate agency and subsequently Oakwood Estates was formed - initially working out of his fathers garage in Latchmoor Way, Gerrards Cross.

His brother, Edward Godfrey, joined forces with him in 2010 and over the years the multi-award winning business has grown into a network of 8 High St branches located across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Middlesex and employing in excess of 45 staff.

Both the brothers, grew up, schooled, and lived in Gerrards Cross so know the area extremely well. They are passionate about providing a 5-star experience and have always taken a hands-on approach being involved with everything from viewings to valuations and, finally, handing you the key to your new home.
