    Permitted Charges in accordance with the Tenant Fee Act 2019 (from 1st June 2019)

    Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST)

    Holding Deposit

    - Maximum one week's rent - paid towards first month's rent if tenancy agreement signed in association of tenant's confirmation
