First established in Kimbolton in 1988 and then in Godmanchester in 1989 we’ve been around for a long time but always kept up with rapid and frequent changes to the industry and wider economy. The sales side of our business is lead by partner Phillip Malley who has over 30 years in the industry, most of it with Gatehouse. The letting side is lead by another partner, Helen Powell who is ARLA qualified, very experienced and able to advise on the ever changing laws surrounding letting residential property.
