Established in 1993, ACJ Lettings has grown to be one of the largest letting agents in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. Our locally based Property Management and Lettings teams are qualified, experienced and personable.

We undertake a thorough tenant screening process and ensure that regular inspections take place to maintain your property.

Tenants

We will accompany you on the viewing to the property and ensure that it is ready for you to move in. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are on-hand to help whenever you need them. We offer a 24 hour maintenance service in case of emergencies and all staff are locally based so you can liaise with us in person, over email or over the telephone.
