AKS did an amazing job at selling my flat...thank you! From meeting Andrew to value the property and explain the service, to Ben, Victoria, Sam and all the team that I spoke with...they provided a friendly, helpful and professional service. I knew the sale was in safe hands...something they secured very quickly. You can really tell they care about the service they provide. The photographs and virtual tour were also of the highest quality. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I had a fantastic experience with AKS from start to finish. Andrew, Ben & Victoria were all brilliant and with this being the first time I had sold a property, they helped me understand the process right the way through. The sale of the house was a little more complicated than average however AKS proved to be a key link and helped in finding solutions to the issues that were put infront of me. 5 stars just doesn't seem enough AKS have been absolutely amazing throughout the whole selling process of our house. They took over from another agent we had been with and within 48 hours of taking it on they had sold our property. They were there every step of the way with encouraging words of support and advice, they always looked on the positive side of things and gave you hope and picked you up when things got tough. Dealing with AKS has been like dealing with friends, you could trust that when they said something was going to be done it would be and they would keep you up to date as to what was happening and when. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them they always wanted to ensure that we were happy and satisfied that we knew what was happening and what the next steps were. If I decide to move again I wouldn't need to even think about it AKS would be my first and only choice of agent to go to.

Recently purchased my first home through AKS. Excellent, friendly customer service throughout. All the team were great, particularly Sam who was really personable and informative throughout viewings and Victoria who supported me throughout the sales process - Really approachable, quick to respond and Kat hand to clarify any questions I had. Can't recommend enough.
