Since launching in Market Harborough over twenty years ago, Adams & Jones Estate Agents has been one of the leading independent sales and letting agents in the area. In early 2016 a second branch was launched in the centre of Lutterworth. Paul is one of the most highly respected property professionals in the area and still has a direct involvement in the business carrying out a number of valuations personally. Having successfully sold property in the area since 1987, and with ‘Adams and Jones’ now in its 24th trading year, Paul is one of the most highly respected property professionals locally. Promotion of high standards of service have always been paramount. Paul has been actively involved with the National Association of Estate Agents for many years and was Chairman of the Leicestershire branch for three years.

Becki Adams BSc (Hons) MNAEA

Associate Director

Becki originally joined her Dad's business working weekends doing administration whilst still at school. Although it was never the plan to join the family business straight after university, it soon became evident that she was a natural fit and, fifteen years later, she is a key part of the team always pushing for improvements. Becki is incredibly passionate about providing the best customer service to our clients as is reflected in the many client testimonials she has received over the years. Now a mum of two herself, it looks like the next generation of Adams & Jones is assured!

Aaron Weston BSc (Hons)

Aaron has a wealth of knowledge and experience in valuing and selling property over the last 12 years, ranging from apartments to country homes with equestrian facilities, throughout South Leicestershire and Rutland. He is passionate about property with a strong emphasis on high quality marketing and presentation and can also offer professional experienced advice on property development, land and new homes. His personable, caring and honest character contribute to his success. When Aaron is away from the office you can generally find him carrying out a refurbishment project or tending to his family’s rental portfolio.

Zoe Grant

Sales Negotiator

Zoe joined Adams & Jones in 2021 and very quickly demonstrated what an invaluable member of the team she would become! With a cheerful attitude and attention to detail, Zoe looks after our vendors from point of instruction to ensure that their sales details are up and running promptly and that viewings are arranged in a timely manner. She is also particularly well loved as ‘Zoe The Elf’ during our annual Christmas promotion!

Kathryn Mepham

Lettings Manager

With approximately 250 properties currently under full property management Kathryn has the unenviable task of ensuring that our landlords properties are cared for and, if our tenants have any maintenance issues, repairs are carried out efficiently and quickly. Having had first-hand experience of renting out her own property she is fully aware of the pitfalls that can arise and the expectations of the average landlord.

Jenny has been a key member of the team for over fifteen years now and is technically qualified by the Association of Residential Letting Agents. Her dedication and thorough service has resulted in us becoming one of the leading lettings agents in the area. In fact, in 2023 we won Silver in the ESTAS Letting Agent Landlord Awards within the East Midlands region, and were also awarded ‘Excellent’ by The Best Property Guide! Offering anything from a basic tenant find service to full property management, we rarely find any of our rental properties being available for more than a couple of weeks.

Henri joined Adams & Jones in 2024, having already gained experience of the lettings industry at another firm. Henri has already gained the trust of both landlords and tenants alike, proving his commitment to all aspects of his role from finding a suitable tenant to resolving any property issues in a fair and timely manner.
