He never sat and waited for things to happen. He worked hard to make them happen. He believed in what he was selling and he did a brilliant job at securing a buyer right from the first viewing. They got lots of people through the door and found a buyer, but as anyone who's sold a property knows, that's just the beginning!Ours wasn't a particularly straightforward sale and Tony guided it through all the way, being a point of contact between us and the buyers when things were held up, and making sure everyone knew what was going on at all times. He's always easy to get hold of and is incredibly pro-active.It's the kind of service lots of estate agents talk about before you appoint them, but you rarely get.
