Appealing Properties manages my property in York to the greatest standard I would expect in such a well sort after area. I have dealt with the managing agent, Damian Marsden, on many occasions now and have found him an extremely polite helpful man. He has quickly sorted out any issues that have arisen in my property, in a very professional manner. This includes organising a replacement boiler, which was done to an excellent standard and with minimal fuss. He also provided the tenant with extra heaters during the few days it took to replace the boiler to no extra cost for myself, thus keeping my tenant and therefore myself happy! He has also moved tenants in and out of my property within short spaces of time, sorting out fees, bonds, rent etc without me barely knowing there has been any change over. I am extremely happy with his services and would recommend this company to anyone renting a property or looking for somewhere to live. He is not only one of the most affordable agents in the affluent area of York, but also personable, easy to contact and always there to help with advice. I'm glad I have found such a great agent to take the stress of dealing with 'house issues' off my hands. I feel that he works hard for not only the landlords but also the tenants, and therefore keeping us all happy and things running smoothly.
