In November 2014, longstanding agricultural property specialists Irelands Chartered Surveyors and Auctioneers became part of Arnolds Keys. Due to continued expansion of the business in November 2018 a second office was opening in Aylsham. As a final stage of the integration this was also the opportunity to rebrand the agricultural team to become Arnolds Keys - Irelands Agricultural.

The department has roots as far back as 1860 and has a long and respected tradition of providing auction and rural professional services, and has retained its traditional roots, whilst embracing the continual changes that impact upon the rural sector.
