We are the only national auctioneer that hold all our sales at a live auction venue where you can experience the buzz of an auction first hand. No other national auctioneer offers this, whilst most exclusively work in an online environment with sales run by a computer algorithm, rather than a skilled auctioneer. For those unable to attend, our auctions are live streamed to allow bidding online, by telephone or by proxy.

Auctioning your property does not mean it will be sold at a "knock down" price or cheaply. We regularly achieve prices at better than previous asking prices and with an average time of just 18 days from the date your property goes live on our platform to exchange of contracts we offer a route to sale within a timeframe than traditional Estate Agencies can only dream of. In 2024 together with our other group auction offices we sold over 1,800 lots at a total value of over £321 million!
