Had a great experience with Sophie at Breens. I'd been looking for a property for quite a few months as my rental was flooded by thames water and I was put in a air bnb with my two children. Sophie was very kind and got back to me even on her annual leave. She managed to negotiate a slightly lower rent with the landlord (still fair for the rental market). Sophie offered her help with the referencing, as its changed quite a bit from when I started renting.
