Ten years living under rented accommodation in various houses/flats across 6 different agents and I can pick fault in all of them, EXCEPT brown and Kay. They are friendly, reliable and not only did they get things fixed that came up with the property, they bent over backwards to get it done fast. They also managed the purchase of my first morgage and were the same for that. Professional, polite and hardworking. Couldn't ask for anything more. Todd and Kim, you guys are legends
