I sold my flat and bought my new one using B&S for both transactions. It was a long and arduous process, through no fault of theirs, but they were efficient and supportive throughout and kept in touch at all times. I found them very easy to talk to and helpful in making decisions about which properties to look at, which to offer on, how much might be acceptable etc and they were particularly good at making sure my best interests were met. I'd 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone.
