Chapplins Fareham is a "family run" firm of independent estate agents opened in January 2002 by Clive Bryant and Beverley Green. Clive & Beverley have worked in estate agency since the late 80's and have a wealth of expertise in the industry.

Chapplins as a group have five offices across the south including Fareham, Havant, Waterloovilles, Liss and Bordon. They are all run as separate cost centres and are owned by a long standing group of friends who share the branding. Each branch is also a member of "Team" the country's largest affiliation group of Independent estate agents. Team enables us to retain our own identity whilst enabling us to use cutting edge software and the unique multi-listing facility.

As part of the team group we are proud sponsors of Macmillan.We donate £10.00 for every board we erect with the Macmillan sticker. Its a small gesture but one we are proud to be involved with. Look out for our involvement in "The Worlds Biggest Coffee morning" in conjunction with Macmillan.

Sports Sponsorship

We have sponsored the Fareham Heathens for the last five years and have not only purchased kit for the colts and the under 15's but in 2012 we purchased the all important "goal protectors and corner flags. This is a great club and all the volunteers and coaches work really hard to ensure that the teams receive the very best in support.
