Crown Property S.L, Javea
Javea Park, Bloque 1-1A, Avda De Paris, 03730, Javea, Alicante, Spain.
The company was formed in Javea in 1970 when Javea was a sleepy fishing village by the late Roy Turner who instigated the first inspection flights to view Javea and surrounding districts when prospective clients had to be accommodated in Benidorm!
Over 50 years on, Crown proudly enjoys a reputation for efficiency professionalism, and above all integrity. Roy’s son in law Miguel Bas Segarra, associate of Expertos Inmobiliarios in Spain, is the current owner and managing director and has been with the company for over 35 years.

Joint venture building and development projects are also a feature of company policy.
