Both professional and courteous and sold my house within a month when 2 previous agents I had instructed for over 3 months did not even generate a cheeky offer. They are not typical and genuinely helpful unlike the norm and I would recommend them to anyone! Very happy :)

These guys delivered on their promises when several bigger (some very big) names crashed and burned. We are renting out our home with David Astburys while we are living in Germany for 4 years; they found tenants within days of our house being advertised. Pamela, who heads up the Property Management Department, has been looking after everything for us - inventory, organising any safety checks that need to be done and repairs as and when they arise etc - she really knows her stuff, and if we ask her anything that she hasn't come across before she finds out and gets back to us with an answer as soon as she can.
