I have nothing but praise for Ellis and Co. and their senior negotiator, Alicia, who achieved the best possible price for the sale of my property. It was by no means a straight forward sale. To the contrary, it was a long and complex negotiation involving a large organisation with many sub-departments involved. This required extensive liaising and coordinating by Alicia to keep the process on course for exchange of contracts. She was quick to provide me with updates on progress and always worked for my best interest. Her sense of humor was a plus in keeping one feeling positive when I had doubts, at times, of the sale going through.
