Rachel was very helpful and friendly throughout. It was a difficult time for me as my mum had died and I was selling the house. She was very compassionate and patient, explaining everything and the process. I was very happy with everything and the house sold in 1 day! After sales experience was also excellent. Very happy with it all at a sad time, all the hassle was taken away from me.
