The staff took a lot of the stress away from my wife and I by chasing all the necessary parties on our behalf and gave very clear guidance and advice. When the sale of our property fell though they were very proactive and managed to sell it again within 2 days.

We originally put our house on the market with another company; but we felt they didn't really show any professionalism and totally uninterested about our house. Providing customers with false information and not dealing with us. We approached falcon for advice on how to leave them and they were more then helpful to advise. After a couple of months we approached Falcon again and finally put our house on the market. They thoroughly went through everything, selling, process, photos, information on our house and how they do their feedback. Within a couple of days Falcon had sold our house! We were more then happy, we continually informed Falcon on our house viewings to which they relayed that information instantly to the buyers.
