Our fee structure is 1.25% + VAT (1.5% VAT included) of the agreed sale price of your home (paid on completion) – this fee includes the cost of photography, floor plan, EPC certificate and all our innovative marketing activities. We facilitate all the viewings ourselves and will provide initial feedback after each viewing, with additional feedback soon after.
