He marketed the property very well, clearly highlighting the key features of the flat, and enhanced this with the selling points based on his knowledge of the area and what buyers would be looking for. I was kept well informed of the interest from buyers and the feedback from viewings, and was delighted when a buyer was soon found. It took longer than expected for me to find a new home in London, but Derrick kept the buyer aware of progress so that there was little risk of them removing their offer. MARK PARSONS Giggs & Bell have been outstanding, and gone above and beyond during the sale of my home, and search for a new home, in a specific area. Through their relationship and stakeholder management and proactive approach, I had an acceptable offer within a week or so of listing my home, and they managed to get a high volume of viewers through the door in a short space of time. The listing itself onto Rightmove etc was also very swift and accurate. Compared with other local estate agents I have used for various services over the years (purchase, pricing, viewing etc), their service has stood out. Taylor Kay in particular, as my key point of contact, has been communicative, listened to feedback and acted upon this, and has gone the extra mile in my house search and in terms of work outside of typical work hours. Giggs and Bell have to be one of the if not the best agents I have ever dealt with. Their honesty, integrity and trust worthy attitude is impossible to find these days. We bought our first home in Luton and the experience was little short of amazing. I have dealt with many agents in Luton while we were looking for properties and can honestly say these guys are a huge breath of fresh air in a market that seems to place emphasis on make money make money make money. We lost a number of houses due to other agents having money as their best interests. The attitude of all the staff at Giggs and Bell was customer satisfaction focused and never seemed like getting paid was a driving factor.
