Olivia was amazing throughout, she was friendly and helpful. At such short notice she was able to book us in for a viewing so a builder could check some work that needed doing, she explained it would be a quick one though but even so we never felt rushed. She was quick to respond to emails. I can't fault her, she made a stressful situation so less stressful. Highly recommended. We did also have a viewing with another man, so sorry I've forgotten his name, but he was equally helpful
