Harper & Co were brilliant - helped us get a price we were happy to accept and were in contact with us every step of the way. We're not planning on moving again any time soon, but if we did then we'd definitely go with Harpers and Co again for sure! 10/10

After failing to sell my property over a period of 3 years with 2 well known estate agents in Middlesbrough I was impressed with Harper & Co and decided to let them try. The property had been up for sale for 3 years with only 1 viewing taking place. Within 2 weeks of Harper & Co taking over there had been 11 viewings and it was sold for the asking price. Recently had the pleasure of working with Harper & Co with the sale of our property, our property had been up for sale with a large estate agent for a number of months without any success, Emma & Grace came out to do the appraisal, both very professional, went over everything with us and gave us advise, I have to say it was the best decision we made, from start to finish we were always informed of viewings and feedback, and photos where so much better than with the previous agent, once an offer was received again contact every step of the way, chasing up the buyer and solicitor, and once completion took place and keys handed over we were informed immediately, I cannot recommend Harper & Co enough, Emma along with her team Grace and Bo are fantastic at what they do, once again Thank you.

We were kept fully informed and any questions were responded to promptly WhatsApp which as we both work was appreciated. Harper and Co were absolutely brilliant. We sold our property with them recently. They were always just a message or a call away for any advice or guidance and to answer our hundreds of questions as we had never sold a property before. We found it really useful being able to WhatsApp them in a group chat regarding viewings as we aren't always available to answer the phone. It made it much more simpler and efficient as well as receiving a text to confirm. They were always on top of things, super friendly, helpful and made the whole process stress free. As a buyer i feel like the agent is just as important to both parties, obviously as a seller you choose who markets your property but as a buyer you don't. You don't purchase a property just because of the agent you sometimes have to buy despite the agent. I have recently bought a house that was advertised with Harper and Co as the agent. They were considerably better than when I bought one a couple of years before, with a different company. Their communication was great from start to finish both the communication and the method they use was very easy and speedy, and they were very helpful to me as a buyer. I would recommend Emma and her team for both buying from or selling. They certainly know their stuff.

Fantastic estate agents for buyers who work full time. We used WhatsApp to communicate which was great for me due to my work hours and strict communication rules limiting my availability. Communication after traditional work hours was fast and responsive and I felt as though these estate agents went out of their way to help find me a home, especially after a previous purchase fell through. Would recommend.
