These should never be underestimated. This is where our Mayfair Office comes in, situated in Thayer Street, W1 in the heart of London's West End between Oxford Street and Marylebone Village.

Moreton-in-Marsh office and team

Our Moreton-in-Marsh office is in prime position on the busy High Street close to Lloyds Bank in a double fronted Georgian building.

We run our residential sales, residential letting, commercial sales and letting and our professional valuation departments from this office. Tom Hayman-Joyce heads the office. Tom returned to Hayman-Joyce in June 2010 - prior to this Tom was an Associate at Savills in London and has worked in the profession since 2003. Other than his stint in London Tom has always lived in the Cotswolds.

Tom Hayman-Joyce MNAEA and John Yarnold MNAEA run the residential sales department, with Sarah Garner, Camilla Haines and Brian Hancock ably assisting.

Residential Lettings is run by Yvette Holloway MARLA and her team of Kyna Lydon, Sammie Friedli, Gill Tillott and Camilla Haines.

James Hayman-Joyce FRICS runs the commercial and professional departments. James started selling houses in the Cotswolds in 1976, his knowledge and experience in the area is second to none.

Tina Miles our office manager supports each of the teams and looks after the business accounts.

Market Update

Tom Hayman-Joyce comments on another successful year and considers what may lay ahead in 2015.

"The residential property market saw a renewed confidence during 2014 with the Land Registry measuring price increases of 6% in Gloucestershire over the year. Our market share continued to increase throughout 2014 which reflects our continued drive to improve the service we offer our clients. In his Autumn Statement the Chancellor, George Osborne, at a stroke righted many wrongs concerning stamp duty - a huge 98 per cent of home buyers will benefit. At the lower end of the market it should add fresh impetus in 2015. Come the election in May, our minds will be on the ramifications of any new ruling party or coalition and the move to greater devolution and regional control may begin to make itself felt."
