Throughout the process they were very supportive, always available to help and made it go as smoothly as possible with advice given using their knowledge of the property market. Fantastic service from both Tom and Terry. I dealt with Tom mainly throughout the whole process. Any issues I had were dealt with promptly and they kept me updated with the progress, returning phone calls and emails when they said they would. For me the communication from these guys made what could potentially be a very stressful experience a lot easier. They were able to chase the sellers solicitors within minutes of my query and give me the answers my solicitor was unable to provide. I will highly recommend these guys to everyone wishing to sell/buy a property.

Bought a house through Hillyards - from start to finish they were professional and attentive. Generally always available on the phone to answer questions about my purchase. Always available to attend another viewing of the house we bought ( at least 4 times). I cannot recommend them too highly.
