Welcome to the JI. The Agency was established in the World Heritage Site of Saltaire in the early 1990’s.

We know moving is a busy and exciting time, here at JI we are here to make sure your experience goes as smoothly as possible.

The agency was started by James Ickringill & partners back in the early nineties, and in that time has established itself as one of the leading Agencies within the area. More recently the running of the agency has been taken over by Steven Gardner, whom was a former employee of the firm.

Steven has over 11 years experience of the Bradford Property Market and is a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents. He prides himself on a focused, professional and ethical hands on approach to the marketing of property, with a commitment now rarely seen.

The work ethic is based upon team effort and a will to meet the expectations of every client, irrespective as to the size, type or value of the property. Providing open and honest advice about selling your home, we will organise all of the marketing needs for your home and more importantly, keep you informed every step of the way. We will take care of all negotiations on your property and once that all important sale has been agreed, we make your move as stress-free as possible by providing you with sales-progression updates.

We are actively involved in all aspects of the sale and purchase of residential properties and also have a large professional client base including various, solicitors and Corporate Recovery Accountants. We are now also working in conjuction with Woodhead Property Management of Shipley, a letting service is available via them with their properties being advertised in our Saltaire office.
