Jordan and Halstead Properties has been renting and selling homes in and around Cheshire and North Wales since 1992. At Jordan and Halstead we look after over 600 properties on behalf of our landlords and have developed an exceptional and intimate knowledge of the residential property market. Our sales department grew out of the increasing demand from our customer wanting to invest and grow their portfolios. These clients also wanted to use an agent they trusted to sell their own properties and thus the sales department began. Over the years we have expanded our business dramatically including the purchase of William Gleave, strengthening our North Wales business. William Gleave was the perfect fit for the group with their customer focused approached to business. We have also expanded across Cheshire with our Jordan and Halstead, Wilmslow branch. Again a perfect fit for us. Alongside the sale and lettings business we also have our JH National brand, this department specialises in block management and letting nationally. We are constantly looking at areas of growth both with our infrastructure and brand.
